I have two cats with stress “Cystitis.” They will start making puddles outside of the boxes and get some blood in their urine. In boy cats this can be a life threaghtening and expensive issue. I took one star off because one of my cats will not eat these (and he’s a pig) and the other will. It would be nice if both would eat them. I also tried the vermont urinary health treats and had the same issue in reverse. To keep urinary sanity in my house we also do:
1 more cat pan than number of cats (2 cats, 3 pans) Oversized high sided cat pans without lids (it’s a cat psych thing) Purina One: urinary health food (did the rx, too pricey and they did just as well on this) Lots of individual attention and petting
All of which are stress relief methods I got from my vet after several expensive visits. Do yourself a favor and try these first before taking your cat in. Of course, if your cat doesn’t improve or is really sick, take it in.

Very happy with this product. I’ve tried many supplements over the years because my kitty boy is prone to UTI’s and crystals. My cat loves this treat and he’s been UTI free for many months, which is awesome. Not only that, for the first time ever, my nine year old cat tested completely crystal-free at his checkup last week! With these kind of results, I just *had* to write a review to share how impressed I am.
He eats a small amount of food four times per day (he has an automated feeder bowl that it set to go off every 6 hours). I put three nuggets of Get Naked Urinary Health treats in each servings, so a total of 12 nuggets over a 24 hour time frame.
So very thankful I gave this product a try. It certainly has made a world of difference for both my cat and me!

Okay. FINALLY. A cat treat for urinary support that isn’t full of corn and is crunchy!
Our male cat started getting struvite crystals as of last year (he’s 8 yrs old), so of course, we started looking for additional ways to help him keep his urine balanced. (No, it hasn’t reached the point of trying to check pH with strips, and I hope it never gets there!)
We tried the Purina One Urinary Tract Health and neither of our cats would touch it. We tried off and on for an entire month before giving up. They HATE it. Not dislike – HATE. So, no matter how good it might be, if they won’t eat it, it can’t help. Plus, like almost everything Purina makes, it is chock full of corn meal.
The Get Naked treats have cranberry in them, which is where they promote the urinary health part. If it is enough to actually help, I don’t know. We’ve tried other brands, but most are soft, and our mail will not eat soft treats. He leaves them until I have forgotten about them and they turn into stone, when I get to stop on them barefoot in the dark.
So, happy to finally see a crunchy treat that wasn’t full of corn meal or corn byproducts, and had urinary help as well. We bought one bag to try (we have so many bags of uneaten treats in the treat drawer that they have refused, it is sad). While our girl cat is not interested in these, we really didn’t buy them for her. Not to be mean, but she’s not having trouble and our male is… I am happy to report that he likes these. Not love – we can’t go that far yet – but he’s interested and will eat them when they are offered, which is a good thing!
The treats themselves are small, just right for little cat mouths, and apparently nice and crunchy. You get a fair amount of treats in a resealable bag. We will very likely buy these again. If not for the cranberry, for the corn-free crunchiness.
