   Tried this on my cat who is over 12 years old, who was throwing up her dry food quite a bit – started this food last week, and so far no episodes to clean up off the floor!! works great.

   Excellent Cat Food for pets with stomach issues. Expensive YES, but cats eat less, and with the throw up eliminate BONUS….feeding 4 rescue cats bag a month…..Please keep this available for our cats….THEY THANK YOU…..

   Helped cat who had damaged intestinal tract become healthy, March 10, 2009

   About 12 years ago we took in a kitten who liked to get into things like string, rubber bands, ribbons, etc. This is dangerous because these items can get twisted around their intestines and cause severe illness or death. We began to be very diligent about hiding these items from him by the time he was six months old. Unfortunately, by then so much damage was done to his intestinal tract because of all of his “unauthorized snacks” that he had constant loose bowels, was too thin, etc. This went on for about seven years, until we moved to a new town and got a new vet who suggested Royal Canin Feline Special 33. Not only have his stools been firm (and not so stinky) for the past five years, but he has put on weight and has a lovely glossy coat.

   This food is pricey but, if your vet recommends it, it’s a good value for your cat’s longevity and also quality of life. Fletcher is much happier ever since he can eat without immediately having to visit the litter box.

   Hands down this is A very good food for my cat Peanut. Not only does he think it’s good to eat, but the few pieces that fall out on the counter where he eats,but these are round making them fun to bat around. I have been feeding him Iams indoor since he started eating dry food. It is a little bit more expensive. However, Iams seems to agree with him, with no digestive problems. Time to order more.

   We have used this product, successfully, for our 4 year old female cat. She is totally declawed and the best exercise she gets is chasing a laser light. Her vet wants her weight kept at 10 lbs and this has been successful in doing so.
