   I would highly recommend this product! It is so much cheaper than the Furminator, which my mother owns, and does just as good! It works wonders for thinning out the undercoat. I can’t believe how much fur I got off of my poor cats, I feel like I’ve been a terrible owner brushing them with their old regular brush all of these years. Even my little girl cat who has very fine short hair (my old regular brush was useless on her) greatly benefits from this tool, it works great on her too! I have posted an image of one of my big boys next to his new “twin” after a brushing. Everyone couldn’t believe how much skinnier he looked haha. Great product and great price!

   I wish I had all of the money back I wasted on furminators, as seen on tv, and any other dog grooming brush. This Deshedding brush is by far the best built and most effective tool I have tried in 12 years. (We’ve had two German Shepherds and now a Golden Retriever.) While these dogs are know for shedding, I’m not constantly following my Golden around with a vacuum cleaner or duster picking up his hair. He hated the furminator, but actually lets me brush him with this tool. Highly recommended!

   As a former groomer I have used the Furminator brush a lot, so I know what I am talking about when I say that this product does as good of a job! I just received it so I don’t know how it will hold up over time, but the Furminator doesn’t last forever either.

   Quick tip: Make sure you are checking your dog and/or cats skin when you are using the brush. If it is red don’t worry, just take a break. These brushes can irritate the skin pretty easily. Also, there is no need to press firmly. Just lightly run over the fur and see the results!
