   I have five cats that I truly love. I am gone a lot so, out of guilt I buy them lots of toys! I especially look for toys that are safe to use without human supervision. The Smart Paw Sights and Sounds Birdie Chase Cat toy is safe for latchkey kitties! No small parts to swallow, no sharp edges jab or cut, no stings for kitty to choke on! Just a good well built safe toy!

   The packaging is colorful and protective. They wire the birdie sound ball to the box so, it wont get lost in shipping.

   This is a well made perfectly designed cat toy. The feather plume is large, plush and made of REAL feathers !!! My five cats are all over the place age wise, health and activity levels. This toy was an instant hit with all of them…even my old lady Helen Keller type cat loves it!

   The birdie noise is very realistic…not annoying!

   Overall, great toy !

   I was REALLY hoping this toy would distract my kitten from constantly attacking my other cat, who isn’t much interested in playing. So far it’s working like a charm! He had been playing with it ever since I took it out of the box, and Charlene finally gets to take a break from babysitting. The bird noises seem to keep him interested, and the ball seems pretty secure inside its track. He likes to play with the feathers that stick out of the top too. It’s nice to find a cat toy that he’s actually interested in for solo play! Let’s hope it lasts.

   Through Walmart.com I ordered THIS toy for my cats after they wore out the one they had. What I received from them was some other toy with catnip ~ a COMPLETELY different product that had the same UPC on it as this ~ I tried THREE times. SHAME ON ME for giving them so many chances but I kept thinking that Walmart would correct the problem. Once I saw it here, I ordered it right away. Unfortunately, it doesn’t ‘chirp’ quite the same as the old one did and isn’t used that much. My two cats like it, though and are happy with it.
