   There’s something about these round Yeowww! catnip balls that just isn’t as appealing to cats as the banana-shaped or cigar-shaped ones.Yeowww! is known for their quality catnip, and I could smell it on these. But the cats showed brief interest in these, then walked away. Maybe because they are hard to roll on top of, or because they’re difficult to see over when they are laying down and holding them to their faces… who knows? I’ll continue to buy Yeowww! catnip products because the cats really do adore them, but I will be buying different shapes instead of the apple and lemon in the future, since they’re gathering dust here while other cat toys hold their attention for much longer.

   If you’re looking for a good nip toy for your kitty, look no further. Yeowww brand toys make my cats go crazy. This year I got them them the lemon and apple. They were tearing through the wrapping paper because the nip is so pungent. My older Siamese girl loves the round apple and actually carried it around by the leaf. Be warned that they will puncture the fabric easily and leave holes in it. Not to worry, for the most part, these toys hold up unless kitty just tears it open. Our 5 still have 2 bananas that are well-loved and still smell strongly.
