   I can’t say I hate it but I can’t recommend it either for the following reasons: The idea is really cute and the so are the bows but it is poorly constructed. The bows are just glued on and the adjustable collar doesn’t stay in place. The first one I used come off in a few days from the collar. The collar got bigger and bigger on my cats neck too which can cause a safety issue for actively rambunctious cats for the may get caught on something and choke.

   These are great bows for cats or kittens. However, the strap that comes with it is way too loose to keep the bow in place. It tightens but won’t stay put. I put a regular collar on that is extra tight and attach the bow with a safety pin. It’s great for taking pictures of Foster kittens for the website. The collars have to be extra tight to avoid letting the bow move too much so I don’t leave the bows on unsupervised.

   With the 4th of July coming up, I can’t wait to see everyone’s reaction because these bowties are very cute and made from high quality materials but the bow tie just wont stay in place. It either works its way around the side or the “collar” get too big and begins to droop. Much like the other reviewers, putting the bowtie on a better collar did the trick. I received this product at a discounted price for my honest and unbiased review. I am not required to leave positive reviews for items and I never do unless the product deserves one.
