A couple of weeks ago I spent an afternoon (much longer than i wanted) reading a bunch of reviews. I didn’t know which kind of tag to buy. So many different types and even more opinions. I decided to go the cheap route and I am so glad I did.
We received the tags today and they look awesome! I am pleasantly surprised. I honestly expected something to go wrong. The directions ask that we put the info to be put on the tag in the gift message space. I did that. I took my time and had it spaced out so they’d be able to see how I wanted it. At checkout I noticed Amazon removed all my extra spaces. I figured the engravers see enough orders come through that they should be able to figure it out. They came EXACTLY how I wanted. I’m very impressed. Also, in the package also included a note regarding laser printing vs rotary engraving. (That was another hot topic within the reviews). They say laser printing will not rub or wear and encouraged the consumers to search the Internet for more info. I respect how they confronted the issue.
In the future, I will definitely buy these again. The price is right and the tags are perfect!

Long story short, I had some difficulties receiving my order, but it was worth the wait.
My first order never came, so I emailed the seller about a week after the estimated delivery date. Sean was very prompt with his response and mailed out the second one without any delays or extra charges. It came about 3 days after I contacted him.
I ordered red paws and the tag is very visible. The paw design is cute, but I think bones might have been a better choice. I was very happy with the level of communication and customer service. It would have been perfect if I received my order the first time!

I gave 4 stars on my first review, but am changing it to 5 stars purely because of the seller’s level of communication and service.
So I realized the phone number they printed on the tag was wrong. Somewhat disturbed, I emailed Sean again. I heard from him within a few hours apologizing for the misprint, and that he would send me a new tag the same day. I mentioned above that I would have liked the bone design better. So I emailed Sean to see if I can change my order from Red Paw to Red Bone.
I hear back from him promptly explaining that he had already made my order, but he ended up including both Red Bones and Red Paw design due to my inconveniences. Now I can use one of them as a back up.
I’ve been an online shopper for 10+ years and never saw a more responsible seller.
Yes, it took me several weeks to receive the right order, but everyone makes mistakes. I’m ordering another tag for my mother’s puppy.
