   I received the Hertzko Mat Remover. It gently removes loose hair and gets rid of tangles, knots, trapped dirt, and of course mats. The comb is designed with sharp teeth that the fine curved eds will prevent pulling hair and scratching your pets skin.

   I own a little maltese and she is always getting tangles and mats in her hair. And it is a pain combing her hair and she is always squirming and yipes when I comb her. But when I used the Hertzko comb she stayed still for me throughout the combing. She only wiggled on the mats that were really, really bad near her hind legs. But once I got them loosen enough, they came out easily. After I was done brushing her with the Hertzko comb, she had very fluffy and soft hair. When ever I finished brushing her I had a baseball sized hair ball. I really recommend this mat remover from Hertzko, it leaves my dog like she just got back from the groomers.

   I never knew this product existed and I am so happy I got to use it. I was considering taking my Maine coon to the groomers to be shaved he is getting elderly and not taking as good of care of himself when it comes to grooming himself.he developed some small matted fur areas and I couldn’t think of any other way to rid him of them other then to shave him. If you are familiar with the breed he has a gorgeous fur coat and i really would prefer not to shave him. I used this product on him and immediately noticed the difference and this did not hurt him I thought a tool pulling on his mats would make him upset in fact the side that actually grabs the mat is a blade that cuts through the Mat and makes things way easy. The side facing the cat is dull and not sharp so it will not cut the animal and it is super safe. I was so shocked by how simple this was and it definitely saved me some time, money, and hassle with a groomer to fix this issue…my Maine coon is mat free!

   I received te Hertzko mat remover for dogs and cats. It arrived quickly in the mail and it couldn’t come at a better time. We have two small dogs and they have a few matted areas but I’ve been procrastinating removing them. I get frustrated trying so I end up shaving the areas with matts in them. This tool is made out of a strong plastic material with rubber grips on the handle. The blades are made out of stainless steel and overall the tool feels very durable and well made. The rounded ends on the cutting tool gave me more confidence that the tool wasn’t going to hurt my dogs when I trying to remove the matts. The tool worked very well. It removed the matts with ease and my dogs didn’t mind since it didn’t seem to hurt them and the hair wasn’t being pulled as it cut through the matts. I was a little surprised how great it worked since some areas were completely knotted and it still removed it without a problems. Overall a great product that every dog owner should have in the house. I like the product very much. I did receive this item at a discounted rate for my honest and unbiased review.
