   This is a great harness for cats. The design makes it nearly impossible to wiggle out of. Unfortunately I had to send it back since it was too small for my 13 pound fat cat. The when it is fully extended, the strap that goes behind the legs is 13 inches long, the strap that goes around the neck is 10 inches long, and is connected by a bar that is 3 1/4 inches long.
