   I purchased this for my nine pound cat with the highest of hopes after seeing them at Petsmart for upwards of twenty bucks. It fits perfectly and she loves it. By ‘loves’ I mean ‘tolerates’. By ‘tolerates’ I mean ‘loathes’. But this isn’t her review, this is mine and I think it’s great. She CAN slip out of it, but only if she tugs directly opposite of the leash to shimmy her little elbows out and pull it over her head. As long as i keep the leash to the side or back of her she’s in solid. As she becomes more accustomed to walking, I imagine this won’t be an issue. The quality is great, the material is light and breathable, and for this price it’s definitely worth trying!

   I got the size medium and it fit my cat perfectly.He wasn’t able to fit in the other cat harness that they sell in stores.he only fits in the dog harness lol.The quality of the fabric is great,same one they sell at petco for $20.

   These harnesses work OK, but not great. If you have a cat that is determined to slip a harness, these WILL come off over the head no matter how tightly you tighten them. I finally gave up on trusting them not to slip off when I had them so tight I could barely fit two fingers under the rib band and it was still sliding. However we bought these to harness train our cats in case of fire alarm, which they have been doing OK with, and to take the one who actually likes outdoors for walks, and she has not tried to slip the harness. I will be replacing them when I have more money to do so, but if you’re not sure how your cat will take to a harness these are a very cost effective way to try them out and a very good way to get your cat just used to walking around the house in a harness before moving to the outdoors.
