   This was good quality for the price but it was so small! I can’t even see this being big enough for a chihuahua.

   the actual collar portion of this item is perfect for cats or small dogs- i used mine for my cats. The extending handkerchief is too short. Its rolls under itself once its being worn since obviously cats and dogs bent their necks up to walk around and all… and then you can’t see it. Or you barely see it since the bottom corner may stay out of the fold. I had the same problem with both my cats collars- one is a long hair, which really you couldn’t see this item, and one is a short hair, and I still ended up not seeing the cloth. I ended up cutting off the cloth and keeping only the collar portion and put bells on them instead with their name plates. The cloth had begun to fray anyways after about two weeks of them wearing the handkerchiefs.

   Finally found a collar to fit my teeny-tiny dog’s neck! It’s really cute on, very sturdy with good hardware – unlike others I bought that were flimsy or fell apart after a short time.
