   Just got this today and love it. I brush my cat every night but tonight, I was so surprised how much more loose hair I came off. AND being a glove on my hand it was easier to use than the brush. No more knocking her in the face with the handle when she squirms around. She must like it better as well because she kept coming back for more!

   This dog hair glove is the best I’ve tried in 20 years!! I’ve bought & tried many different types, however, this product is made differently although it is gentle, and hand washable. Colorful so you can’t misplace it, when used several times a week the glove helps with the annoying dog/cat hair clumps in the house. The multiple silicone tips when applied gently is similar to a doggy massage, the hair sticks to the glove, and the best part–hair lifts away in one clump for easy removal!! Comfortable for wearer made of soft thick mesh for top of hand, and fits snug on wrist with a velcro adjuster and doesn’t slip. Right handed, this glove is well worth the price, as it works so well!

   UPDATE ON THE SAME DAY AS THE REVIEW WAS WRITTEN: I earlier said I thought the price was a bit high for just one glove. I still think it’s a bit high, but this glove is SO good that even for one glove I would pay the price. Seriously. Our big 28# cat, Bruiser is literally laying on the end of the kitchen counter waiting to be ‘brushed’. So far today, I have gotten 5 thick pads of his fur off the glove. He rolls around like a big seal so I can get both sides and his back! That made his sister, the Maine Coon girl, curious, so she “allowed” me to brush her with it a few times. Way different than this morning when I first tried. I also tried using it on one of our newest rescues, a little shy girl, and she rolled onto her side while I used it.

   So there you go! It works just as good as a ***minator in my opinion and none of our cats will even allow one of those to be used on them
   and I am always afraid of pushing down to hard when using it anyway.

   I also agree with another reviewer who said if the fur is not in a thick pad it is difficult to remove from the glove. That’s true. You have to use something to help get it off.

   The package was delivered today, on a Sunday, just as I had two cats demanding their morning treats. One is a Maine Coon/Tabby mix with
   ultra thick, layered fur. The other is a huge Lynxpoint Siamese/Tabby mix who sheds like a dog.

   The glove was packaged in a cardboard box inside an Amazon shipping envelope. When you take the glove out of the box be advised that in the bottom of the box is one of those small silicone gel pacs that are extremely harmful/deadly to pets if they eat one. I am glad I saw it before giving the box to the cats to play with.

   There is an instruction sheet as well as a disclaimer sheet included with the glove.

   The size of the glove will not fit everyone. My hand measures approx 7-1/4″ from the tip of my middle finger on my right hand to my wrist bone. Approx 4″ across from the top of my thumb to edge of little finger. The glove fits me with no room to spare. The velcro closure is

   comfortable and closes securely. The glove I received is for a right hand, but one picture on the website shows someone using a left handed one so are there two types? There should be for those of us left handed people 🙂

   I was very gentle with the Maine Coon girl and after 3 swipes down her back with her letting me know that was it, I gave her treats and
   moved on to the big boy. He wasn’t too sure about it, but after 7 or 8 gentle swipes down his back and tail the glove looked just like the one in the picture on Amazon – filled with a thick layer of fur that would peel off. He had enough so he got his treats as well. I should mention that he has short, extremely coarse, thick fur.

   I would say this would probably work a lot better on a dog than a cat for a variety of reasons, especially if they are a breed with coats that
   shed a lot.

   I am hoping that with daily use our big male cat will become more accustomed to it because he does not like the ***minator at all, but he loves to be brushed and he sheds an enormous amount of fur.

   Only one side of the glove has the deshedding ability; the other side is material. I tried using that side for a calming effect. Not so much.

   I am giving the glove 5 stars because it did work and it did fit my hand and after removing the fur and visible dander, I swished it in warm water mixed with Dawn, rinsed it, put it outside in the shade and it dried in minutes ready to use again.

   Years ago I bought a similar glove from a large shopping network that did not work at all. It was a lot more expensive and more like a mitten than a glove. The way this glove is made you can really get under the chin area, the legs and the belly.

   I do think the pricepoint is a bit high. For that price you should get two, one for each hand so you could do a large animal much easier.
