   this thing took forever to arrive and when it finally did i discovered it was nothing more than a tiny piece of junk barely big enough for a cat. JUNK. not worth it to ship it back

   I purchased this item to make dogs in a rescue look cute for pictures. I got a tiny collar with a rolled up bandana that would not unroll. This is useless to us!
